Just an update

Our realitor is going to try to get us about 5 to 7 houses to look at this weekend. Hope we find something cool.

It begins again

They accepted the offer from the other bidder. Obviously there is something better in store for us. The realator is putting together a new list for us and we are starting the process again.

Bidding Wars

Ok, so we are in a minor bidding war. We do not want to go higher than the listing price. Lets hope this works out, if not I guess it was not meant to be.

An Offer Made

We have just asked our Realitor to make an offer on the first house we looked at. It is listed at about 105k, and it was suggested that we offer about 90k to 95k. We are hoping to get our closing costs included in the deal.

Second House Visit

Wow, just saw a house on April 17th, 2008. It was pretty sickening. Our realitor suggested we wear long pants and carry bug spray. There is an infestation. That was our first clue. The place was dirty, and the floors were bumpy and uneven. The house felt a bit unstable. This was a definate heck no!

There will be no photos because this place sickens us and we don't want to make you all vomit.

Our first house check

We looked at our first house on Sunday, April 12th 2008. Thus beginning our house hunting. It is a nice place, 2 bed 2 bath, 2 bonus rooms, a small attic and a big back yard. We like it.
